SUMASESU continues to deliver Circumcision education to Njombe

It has been started that cervical cancer in women, penile head cancer, new HIV infections and various sexually transmitted diseases are caused by many men who have not been circumcised.

 The coordinator of the circumcision project in Njombe Region from the non-governmental organization SUMASESU Mrs. Zayana Ng’umbi Said thaat while giving education to the people of Mbega village, Matola ward in Njombe District  Njombe Region with the aim of conveying Male Circumcision Education The project is run by the non-governmental organization SUMASESU located in the Makete district in the Njombe region in collaboration with the private international organization JHPIEGO from the United States.

And some citizens who came to the public meeting they said that if they are circumcised, their economic conditions will stop during the period of nursing the wound, rejection in rituals while others seem to be eager to be circumcised in order to protect themselves healthily and physically after getting the education.

Edina Mayala and Egnasy Mligo are community ambassadors of circumcision in Matola area , they have explained the challenges they face and how they succeeded in conveying the Message.

The coordinator of this project Mrs. Zayana has used this opportunity to scare the residents of Njombe region while classifying the centers that provide the service free of charge to children aged 24 hours (1 day) and people of different ages.
